Swimwise Club makes swimming lessons and water exercise accessible throughout Flanders, with portable Swimwise pools, natural filtration, and a people-oriented approach.

Do you have a passion for water, exercise and group dynamics? Does motivating people and seeing them leave the pool with a smile give you a real buzz? Then we’re looking for you.

What will you be doing?

For our aquagym classes in Oelegem, you will lead dynamic group sessions for adults. You will deliver safe, varied workouts that focus on fitness, strength and enjoyment.

You:

  • guide and motivate participants at their own level
  • create a positive, energetic group atmosphere
  • ensure safety in and around the water

Lesson times:

  • Monday 8:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.
  • Thursday 8:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.
  • Optional: supervised open swimming 7:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.

Who are you?

  • You feel at home in the water and are in good physical shape
  • You can inspire a group and provide structure
  • You are punctual, responsible and reliable
  • You have a sports-related qualification or certificate (or are aiming to obtain one)
  • A lifeguard certificate is a bonus

Experience is a bonus. Motivation and energy are just as important.
