1. REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT

• Registration is only possible via www.swimwise-club.be.
• Payment is made exclusively online.
• After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email and you will see the registration in your Twizzit account.

2. INSURANCE

• All participants are insured for sports accidents.
• Medication may only be administered by coaches and with a doctor’s note.

3. CANCELLATION

• Free cancellation: up to 14 days after registration and at least 2 months before the start date.
• Up to 1 month before start: refund with €30 administration fee.
• Outside this period: refunds only for medical reasons (medical certificate required).
• Cancellation during a series of lessons: no refund.
• In case of cancellation by Swimwise: full refund
• Force majeure: no refund.

4. CERTIFICATES

• Participation certificates for health insurance are available in your account.
• We cannot issue tax certificates, as this is only for childcare.

5. HOLIDAYS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

During school holidays, we do not normally offer swimming lessons for children or adults. Depending on the public holiday and the swimming pool, a decision will be made as to whether swimming lessons will take place. You can find this information in the lesson dates on your Twizzit account. Be sure to check this carefully!

6. MEDIA & PRIVACY

• Photos may be used for publicity purposes (permission requested upon registration).
• We only use your data for internal communication between teachers and participants.

7. LOST PROPERTY

• Storage for up to 3 months, after which they will be donated to charity.

8. WAITING LIST

• When a place becomes available, you have 3 days to confirm your registration and pay.
