Do you have a passion for swimming and want to pass on your knowledge and enthusiasm to young swimmers? Then we are looking for you!

For our after-school and weekend swimming lessons, we are looking for motivated instructors who want to help children grow in the water in a playful and effective way.

Profile

  • A valid swimming instructor diploma or experience in teaching swimming lessons.
  • An enthusiastic and patient attitude.
  • The ability to inspire and motivate children.
  • Sense of responsibility and a positive attitude.
  • You have your own transportation to get to the various locations.

Your skills

Professional skills

  • Working with: Children, People with disabilities, Students
  • Determining the practitioner’s starting level
  • Informing the public about practicing the sport and organizing sessions
  • Checking and preparing sports equipment and gear
  • Sport discipline: Swimming
  • Tailoring the session to the level of the target group
  • Present exercises to practitioners and provide them with technical assistance
  • In consultation, develop the educational or recreational sports project in line with the vision of the SwimWise club and determine the sporting objectives.
